Does the hotel accept package deliveries?
Yes, we receive packages for guests with an active reservation (a confirmed current or upcoming stay).
Package handling fees:
Only ONE package: USD $4.40 + 13.5%
1–10 packages: USD $18.60 + 13.5%
11–20 packages: Additional USD $18.60 + 13.5% (and so on)
Guests without an active reservation: USD $40 + 13.5%

Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort and is suitable for streaming and video calls. All Tv’s are equipped with Roku Streaming Services.
Does the hotel have elevators?
No. All rooms are accessible only by stairs. The hotel has two floors.
We strongly recommend booking in advance and contacting us to discuss location preferences.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Celebration Suites is wheelchair accessible, and we offer handicap-accessible rooms.

Is luggage storage available?
Yes. Complimentary luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out upon request at the front desk.
All rooms also include a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals in-room.

What is the cancellation policy?
72+ hours before arrival: No charge
Within 72 hours: One-night room charge + 13.5%
Do I need to pay anything when making a reservation?
No. Nothing is charged at the time of booking.
Full payment is required at check-in. A credit card is needed only to guarantee the reservation.
Please be advised, a 72-hour cancellation policy applies if you do not cancel your reservation at least 3 days before your arrival. A penalty of 1 night + 13.5% will be charged.

One-Bedroom Villa: Sleeps 6 maximum
One-Bedroom Villa with King Bed: Sleeps 4 maximum
2-Bedroom Suite (1 bathroom): Sleeps 8 maximum
2-Bedroom Suite (2 bathrooms): Sleeps 10 maximum
2-Bedroom Suite (2 bathrooms, larger): Sleeps 12 maximum

Does the hotel accept pets?
Yes. We allow up to 2 pets per room, up to 35 lbs(each dog), for USD $35 + 13.5% per pet, per day.
We do not allow pitbulls, German shepherds, Dobermanns, or other breeds that may scare or frighten other guests.

Does the hotel offer transportation to the parks?
We do not provide free transportation, but convenient public options are available.
Lynx Bus (#56): Stop directly in front of the hotel every ~30 minutes. Connects to transfer points for Disney parks. Operates from ~5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning
Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are convenient and affordable for reaching all major attractions.
A typical ride to Disney Ticket Transportation Center is USD $15 each way.
A typical ride to Universal Studios is around USD $25 each way.
