Full payment is required at check-in. A credit card is needed only to guarantee the reservation.

Please be advised, a 72-hour cancellation policy applies if you do not cancel your reservation at least 3 days before your arrival. A penalty of 1 night + 13.5% tax will be charged.

No. All rooms are accessible only by stairs. The hotel has two floors.

Does the hotel accept package deliveries?

Yes, we receive packages for guests with an active reservation (a confirmed current or upcoming stay).

• Only ONE package: US$4.40 + 13.5% tax
• 1–10 packages: US$18.60 + 13.5% tax
• 11–20 packages: Additional US$18.60 + 13.5% tax (and so on)
• Guests without an active reservation: US$40 + 13.5% tax

• Lynx Bus (#56): Stop directly in front of the hotel every ~30 minutes. Connects to transfer points for Disney parks. Operates from ~5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
• Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are convenient and affordable for reaching all major attractions.

A typical ride to the Disney Ticket Transportation Center is US$15 each way.

A typical ride to Universal Studios is around US$25 each way.
